Quickstart checklist
The four account setup steps Peleka requires before you can send email.
Every new Peleka workspace starts on a free trial: 500 contacts and 500 email sends included, no credit card required. Your account is usable the moment you sign up, but a handful of sending-critical features (publishing a form, sending a broadcast, turning on an automation) are gated behind a short setup checklist.
You'll see this as a "Welcome to Peleka!" checklist on your Overview page with a progress bar until it's complete.

We send a verification link when you sign up. It expires after 24 hours; if it's gone stale, click Resend Email from the checklist (there's a short cooldown between resends). Verifying doesn't block login, but it does block the steps below.
Add a physical address
Click Add a physical address to open the setup form. CAN-SPAM and GDPR both require a real mailing address in the footer of every marketing email; Peleka appends it automatically once it's set. You can update it later from Settings → Compliance.
Authenticate your domain
Click Authenticate your domain to open the domain setup wizard. This connects a domain you own (e.g. mail.yourbrand.com) to Peleka's sending infrastructure via a few DNS records, so your emails are sent as you, not @amazonses.com. See Verifying a sending domain for the full walkthrough; DNS propagation can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours.
Create your sender identity
Click Create your sender identity to set the "From" name and address broadcasts and automations send from (for example, Sam <hello@yourbrand.com>). This step requires an authenticated domain from step 3; Peleka doesn't allow sending from free addresses like @gmail.com.
Why the gate?
Peleka runs every new sending domain through an automatic deliverability warmup, and enforces a real mailing address and sender identity on every send. This protects your inbox placement, and everyone else's, from day one instead of after a spam complaint.

Once all four items are checked off, the checklist disappears and your Overview page shows your real stats instead.
